I Like Short Shorts - New Bottoms for YA-Adult Guys

Today I bring you you and edit of an outfit that came with the sportwear set from the store. I converted and edited the vintage basketball outfit to be a bottom-only part of shorts with a 70's feel. I really like how they turned out, even though they are probably not everyone's style.

The shorts feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • 3 recolourable channels (shorts, band and shorts details)
  • 3 preset colours with custom thumbnails
  • found in everyday, athletic, swimwear and sleepwear categories of CAS
The archive contains both the sim3pack and package files along with the preset picture. Choose your preferred file type and delete the rest. I hope you enjoy :)

Not So Skinny Chinos - New Bottoms for YA-Adult Guys

I tried. I really, really did. But I just can't bring myself to make skinny fitting pants. This was yet another attempt at trying to make pants that tuck into shoes. They just looked so odd, so I made these instead. So the name changed to reflect it. These were the awesome showtime rolled up pants with the 3D belt, which I added the buckle and new bottoms (because i don't use rolled up pants in my game). I am really happy how they turned out, and its a nice change from all the jeans I have made.

These pants feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • 3 recolourable channels (pants, belt, and buckle)
  • 5 preset colours with custom thumbnails
  • found in everyday, formal and outerwear categories of CAS
The archive contains both the sim3pack and package files along with hte preset preivew image. Choose your preferred file type and you can delete the rest. Enjoy :)

Geek Or Chic? Casual Shorts for Men

Another week, another new upload. I am almost caught up with the backlog of completed projects, and this is one of the last. These shorts originally started out as pajama bottoms but ended up becoming much more. Who doesn't love some fun overlays to add a little personality? I did try to make these as patterns, but that didn't pan out, so I had to make them this way. I still really like them and so do my sims, so I hope your sims enjoy them too.
These shorts feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • 2 recolourable channels for plain version (shorts and elastic band) and 1 channel for overlay variants (elastic band)
  • 6 presets with custom thumbnails
  • 5 overlay variants (2 marvel, deadpool, comic bubbles and Dr Who)
  • found in everyday, sleepwear, swimwear and athletic categories of CAS
The archive contains both sim3pack and the package file along with the preview picture. Choose your preferred file type and you can delete the rest. I hope you enjoy :)

Working Out Trackie Shorts

It is Wednesday! I didn't actually think I was going to get to publish this creation today and was going to have to push it back to Thursday, but that wasn't the case. Anyway, this is a shorts version of my trackie pants. I really don't like the cuffed shorts version that came with one of the EPs which these are based on, so this is yet another variant of sweatpants/trackies for your men to enjoy. You must be getting sick of them by now ;)
These shorts feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • 3 recolourable channels ( pants, wait and drawstring)
  • found in everyday, sleepwear and athletic categories of CAS
  • 1 preset style with custom thumbnail
The archive contains both the sim3pack and the package file along with the preview image. Choose the file type you prefer and you can delete the rest. I hope you enjoy :)

Slim Cuffed Sweatpants

This week we have more pants for your guy sims. I really loved my previous sweatpants, but I wanted more variations, so I came up with this. I took the base mesh I used for the previous design, but this time I altered the cuffs and moved them down to the ankle, and added more leg in between the 2 2 pieces. I am really happy with the final product, and even happier I have another cool set of sweatpants in my game.
The pants:
  • are basegame compatible
  • have 4 recolourable channels (pants, waist, cuffs and cord)
  • found in everyday, sleepwear, athletic, career and outerwear
  • 3 preset styles with custom thumbnails.
As usual, the archive contains both the sim3pack and package files along with the preview picture. Choose which file type you prefer and delete the rest. I hope you enjoy :)

Business as Usual Dress Pants

Today I bring you a retexture of my "For the Union" jeans i did a couple of weeks ago. Tumblinrob said there were not that many dress pants options out there, so I took a look around and in-game, and he was right. Not only that, but a lot of the options in-game are quite baggy. Not wanting to do a completely new mesh, I decided to redo the jeans, and after some issues choosing a buckle, I am really happy with how they came out. It is amazing what a retexture can do to give a mesh a completely different look. These are also slimmer fit and go well with a formal or casual top.
These pants are:
  • basegame compatible
  • 3 recolourable channels (pants, belt and buckle)
  • found in everyday, formal, career and outerwear categories of CAS
  • three preset styles with custom thumbnails
As usual, the archive contains both the sims3pack and the package files along with the preset preview picture. Choose your preferred method of installation and delete the rest. I hope you enjoy :)

Hobo No More! Bootleg Fit Jeans

Another week, another upload for all of you. If you are wondering about the name, this bottom mesh actually came from the hobo outfit (can't remember which EP) which I separated, frankenmeshed and fixed up the texture on. I sort of feel bad for taking the jeans from the hobo, but I like them too much to give them back now. So if you need a pant-less hobo roaming around town in your games, this is the reason. And that buckle. If there was such a think as buckle love, this would be it. It just tops off these jeans in my opinion. Now Jebidiah is never taking them off.
These jeans are:

  • basegame compatible
  • 3 recolourable channels (jeans, distressed areas, and belt)
  • found in everyday, formalwear, career and outerwear categories of cas
  • 3 presets with custom thumbnails
The archive (as usual) contains the sim3pack and package files along with the preset preview image. Choose your preferred method of installation then delete the rest. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do :)

For the Union: Regular Fit Jeans

New stuff! It is time for new stuff! This week I bring you another set of pants. I really do love these, especially the buckle. They are a set of regular-fit jeans made from a UL and Diesel mesh. The UL calculating pants really bugged me when they didn't fit properly over shoes, so this project was done to rectify that issue. Once I found the buckle, it took on a life of their own. Now they are a set of my go-to jeans in-game.
These pants:

  • are base-game compatible
  • have 2 recolourable channels (pants and belt)
  • have 3 preset styles with custom thumbnails
  • are found in everyday, formal, athletic and outerwear categories of CAS

There is a slight seam issue just above the buckle, a really small gap. This is present on the EA mesh too, and after trying numerous methods to close it, it is still there. It is not that noticeable, and i really only noticed it this week after a few weeks being in-game, and I actually had to look at the UL jeans and they have it too. Perception check fail. Anyway, it really only noticable with a nude top, so that's probably not gonna happen too often. I just like to inform all of you of these issues just so you all know.

The archive contains the sim3pack and package files along with the preset preview image. Choose which file type you prefer and delete the rest. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do :)

Like My Briefs? Low Rise Jeans

Today I have another set of pants for you. I liked the low rise jeans that we got from EA, however I hated the texture and I prefer bootleg cut. So what did I do? I changed the mesh at the bottom and tweaked the texture. Now this pair of jeans look awesome and I couldn't be happier. I got a little cheeky with the name too, but I think is suits the overhaul I have given to these pants.

These pants feature:
  • Basegame compatiblity
  • 3 recolourable channels (base colour, distressed areas, and briefs)
  • 3 presets with custom thumbnails
  • Found in everyday, formalwear and outerwear categories of CAS

The archive contains both the sim3pack and the package file along with the preview picture. Just select which method of installation you prefer and delete the rest.

Slouchie Trackie Pants - sweatpants for your guys

Sim guys are in desperate need of more clothing. What that is really lacking for them though is bottoms. Pants, shorts and anything in-between, this is one of the neglected areas for men's clothing. I can say i am also one of those people. There is only so much a re-texture can do to make a mesh look different and unique. Now that I know how to frankenmesh, this give me the opportunity to create some unique designs that are desperately needed. The first on the list is some trackie pants (or sweatpants, what ever floats your boat). I meshed these together from 2 different pants to give you a baggy set of pants that I hope your guys will enjoy.

These Pants feature:
  • 3 recolourable channels (pants, waistband, and drawstrings)
  • basegame compatible
  • found in everyday, sleepwear, athletic and outerwear
  • 3 presets
  • custom thumbnails
The archive contains the preview picture also with the package and sim3pack files. Just extract, open the folder inside and choose which file type you want and delete the rest. I hope you enjoy and look out for more much-needed pants in the coming weeks.

PC Denim Walk Shorts

Well I have been working on this as a followers gift for a while, trying to get it right, messing with the texture and stuff, encountering problems, and trying to work around them. So this is the final product, a pair of basegame compatible denim shorts found in everyday, athletic, swimwear and career categories. There are 4 recolourable channels, the base colour of the shorts, the distressed details, the belt and buckle. The archive contains both the sim3pack and package files, so choose your preferred method of installation :)

PC Boardshorts 02

Here is a new set of clothing I have designed for my sims. I like the IP boardshorts but I really hate stencils since they aren't recolourable. So I took the second style of boardshorts, converted to base-game and designed new masks to give 5 different styles with 4 recolourable channels. So what I ended up with is the styles you see below. They are found in everyday, swimwear and athletic categories. The download contains both the sim3pack and package files, so extract the archive and choose one method of installation.

PC Stonewashed Jeans

Here is a little edit I did. I really wanted to mesh on the the rockstar career outfits to remove the scarf, but unfortunately that's out of my grasp right now, I just wouldn't know where to start. However, I loved the jeans and decided to use them on another mesh from the game. So here are some base game jeans with 3 colourable channels; the jeans, belt and buckle. They can be found in everyday, formal, career and outerwear. I have made 5 pre-made styles. The archive contains both the sim3pack and the package files, so only choose 1 to install.

PC Board Shorts - first retexture and clothing upload

Well I have decided to share these board short retextures I created. Please be aware, they are the first retexture I have done. I based them off the IP mesh, but was able to make them base game so you don't need IP to have these shorts. I made them because I wanted a bit more variety and I think I have created that with these shorts. All 3 styles have 4 channels, the legs have 2, the belt area and cord. I have supplied both a package and sim3pack file depending on you method of installation in the archive file. There is also custom CAS thumbnails because I still have no idea why the game generated thumbnails were all the same.

Download zipped archive @ Mediafire

Note: it has come to my attention that the shorts may appear as designed in CAS but appear white in game. I need to figure out what is causing this (since they are fine in my game) but I have left the link up. If you experience problems, post in the comments section as this should help me figure out what is wrong
