Castle Grandeur - Castle Estate Kit Shell Dump

I had a lot of fun building with the new Castle Estate Kit, and many asked for the shells, so here they are. I have done a rough interior layout, but really, it's up to you to furnish as these are all just pretty shells. Have fun!

Chestnut Ridge - A Peacemaker Neighbourhood Rebuild

Thanks to EA for inviting me to this early access event for Horse Ranch where I got hands-on with the latest Expansion pack.

As promised, with the time I got with the new Horse Ranch pack prior to release, I have a world makeover for those looking for something a little different from the original world. The lots built by ChrissieYT, Doctor_Ashley, Ninnster00 and Simproved are some of the best I have seen from builder contributions to a new pack, but I still wanted to build my own so I hope you enjoy the makeover.

Welcome to Sulani - World Makeover Part II

Time for part II of my Sulani makeover. Some of these builds you may recognise from my Island Living addon which I used to showcase those homes. They were shells then, but I am so happy I managed to furnish them because I was really happy with their aesthetic. You may also notice that the small Caldera build uses a lot of packs. That is the home I was playing from, so it tends to use more then everything else. I also decided to leave that one lot empty, because I felt a build would have been odd, and there was no need for a beach venue that large. People can fill it themselves, build there, or just leave it empty too. Dealers choice.

Welcome to Sulani - World Makeover Part I

I am working on some large projects right now, and don't have a backlog of smaller stuff to get out, so I thought I would catch up on my world makeovers (because there is always the odd person popping up and asking about them). Sulani is a big world, and because of that I had to break it into two parts. This world ranges from "lot edits" to custom builds as a lot had good bones, but needed some jazzing up. So here is the first part containing the lots in the Ohan’ali area. Highly recommended grabbing my Island Living Buildmode addon if you haven't already, I do use it extensively in part I & II.

Oasis Riad

I had a lot of fun with the new Courtyard Oasis Kit, and decided to upload the house that eventuated from that fun. I started with the courtyard and worked out, so it's not a perfect shape or layout, but I think it works pretty well when I chose aesthetics over function. Had a lot of issues with the known stair bug where open foyers caused the stairs not to work, but tested a workaround which I hope works for all you like it did my tester. If the stairs don't work for you, let me know.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the small upload this week.

Paranormal Promenade - Two Houses for the Paranormal Stuff Pack

I had so much fun testing out the Paranormal Stuff Pack when I was granted early access thanks to the Gamechangers program. So much fun, I built 2 houses for it! The first, Hawthorne House, I used to playtest the pack. The other was inspired by the Painting, Temperance Manor. Both houses only use Basegame and the stuff pack for ease and not tagged as modded. To me they fit great in Willow Creek, but can be placed elsewhere too. Hopefully people enjoy them as much as I did building them.

Reclamation Point - A Small Recycled Island Home

My final, and probably my favourite home from early access with Tiny Living SP, this home is on the eclectic side and i imagined it to be more of a reclaimed home. Built from what can be scavenged and reused, it is well put together but also not devoid of character. Windenburg Island is the perfect place for this home, but i reckon it would work well in Brindleton Bay as well.

Maine Street Living - Micro, Tiny & Small Home Series

I had early access to Tiny Living SP and had a lot of fun in the process. This is only 3 of the homes I built while i was trying it out. I really enjoy this pack, not only because it is different from what people expect, but it offers a challenge for builders and it well put together. The idea of this mini-series was to do a generational style development, and build a house for each tier. I decided to expand the one house to the maximum allowed tile count and this is what was created.
