Beaming Ceilings - 6 new Beam-Style Ceilings

I wanted a small project to give myself a rest, so I saw that there was a lack of ceiling options since the update. I really wanted to add a beam option without having to resort to a 3d model as i find they often get in the way when playing, so a good 2D texture was needed. After some playing around and a little feedback, these are the final options. Will definitely do more in the future of different types when I need a small project because it was a lot of fun. 

Tomorang Tiles - For Rent Wall and Floor Addon

When I saw the tiles in the new For Rent Expansion, I felt in love. However, talking to HeyHarrie, it became evident that there was a serious oversight not turning these wonderful designs into walls as well. So I set to work making that reality, and with another suggestion, the smaller version was added to the project. Now you can enjoy even more wonderful tiles and not limit yourself just to the floors of your builds. 

Eco Lifestyle Timber Flooring Expanded - 6 New or Edited Flooring Options

Highly requested (and something I missed which I usually do after a pack release) was recolouring the Eco Lifestyle flooring. I didn't do just that, I thought it was a missed opportunity not having the Upcycled timber walls as a flooring too, so I made it so in both original colour, and my recoloured version. I also took the hexagon timber and made a smaller version which I think will be great for smaller rooms like bathrooms. These are also in the original colour options plus the regular and small in my recolours. There is no such thing as too many flooring options. 

Stone Floor & Wall Tiles - Chevron and Field Designs

These designs came to me while making Hudson bathroom. I have played around with trying to make chevron tiles before, but they just didn't come out quite right. This attempt actually did. I Then decided to include a simpler field tile because too much chevron can be over the top. So this turned into a mini-set in itself and now it's ready to share with all you lovers of tiles. 

Ornate Tiling - Patch Content Expanded

Patch content can be a nice surprise, and the pre-RoM patch was one of those. Not only was a gorgeous brick added, but a lovely half-tile wall. I don't tend to use those that much and prefer full tile walls, so i decided to take the design and turn it into a matching floor and full tile wall. There are 6 styles of tile used so these will match those included with the patch to give you a bit more usability.

Tropical Living - Koa Wood Flooring In 2 Varieties

I like lots of options for wood flooring and the two that came with Island Living is no different. I actually found out both of these are the same wood but different types of Acacia common to Hawaii and is very sort after because of it's interesting textures. The first is basically tweaked into my palette plus some more saturated orange undertone styles, and the second i edited into a longboard variant since i am not a fan of short boards when it comes to timber flooring.

Regular & Small Gorgeous Grain Hardwood Flooring

One of my favourite basegame floors was always the Glorious Grain Hardwood but I also disliked the high contrast and colours. So I had some free time while sick (again) and decided to decrease the contrasting tones a bit and then recolour. I like it so much I made a smaller version as well. I think by this point we all know I love hardwood flooring and I always need more.

Old World Wide Plank Flooring - Basegame Floor Recolour

Another basegame flooring that needed more colours. This now has 20 times more colour options then the original and way more diversity simply by having darker options. I liked the idea of the original flooring, but only coming in a light colour was very limiting as I prefer darker tones most of the time when decorating. Now I have a wide plank flooring with a lot more diversity.

Herringbone Floorboards - Basegame Flooring Recolour

I love herringbone and Chevron flooring, but found the basegame one lacked options. It had enough potential I decided to recolour it for my own use. Now I use it without having to worry about the colour clashing.

Diagonally Laid Floorboards

I love wood flooring but always want more natural colour variety (I rarely, if at all use unnatural colours). I love the uniqueness of the diagonal flooring from Vampires GP, but it needed more colours and some tweaking (the shine was a bit too much). So I went about fixing that and here it is.

Multi-Level Loop Carpet

I was asked on tumblr whether I would ever make carpet for TS4. I actually did... but I never released it. I decided to revisit the project and redo the colour palette. I am finally happy with it and can release it without cringing. I don't use a lot of carpet myself, but it's always nice to have a plain version with a little texture. Now I have it I don't have to make it again.

Moroccan Tiles - Walls and Flooring to Spice up Your Homes

I love Moroccan cement tiles and wanted some for my game. They offer a classic look but suits more modern applications giving a room a welcoming feel. After playing with this pattern for what seems like forever, I am at a stage where i don't hate it, and comfortable enough to release it. I have also tried out something experimental with the smaller pattern versions to maintain quality which i hope doesn't impact performance too much on you that have lower spec machines.

Rustic Planks - Rough-cut Timber Flooring in Two Sizes

I really loved the flooring from Jungle adventure, but again like most things, i found the colour selection lacking. So like past flooring, i have tweaked and recoloured in a range of colours to suit more situations. I have also done the flooring in two sizes: the original larger scale, and a 50% size. I think I am going to get a lot of use out of these for more rustic builds.

Small & Rustic Wooden Planks - Scaled Jungle Adventure Flooring

I really love the flooring from Jungle Adventure (a little secret, i love any good wood flooring) but I also don't think the scale will work all the time. So I experimented with a smaller version by changing some parameters within the material definitions and came up with this half-sized version. I am happy to have the option for it and decided to share. I am also recolouring the flooring which will be released in the future, but in the mean time this is a great addition to the original.

Hickory Floorboards For Sims 4

Cats and Dogs is here and with it (apart from all the breakages) is a whole bunch of new content. i fell in love with one of the flooring and had to recolour in more natural tones for my use. Here it is an its going to get a lot of use in my game along with the Gymnasium flooring I made from a CL flooring.

Reclaimed Gymnasium Flooring

When I got CL I was very excited for all the build mode content. Then I found the awesome flooring. Tru to its name, it looked like it had 100 layers of lacquer on it just like my old school gym floor did. The colours weren't very usable either. So I took the texture, edited it, toned the specular way down then did a bunch of recolours and voila! Another usable floor for my homes.

Flooring Dump 01

Wood flooring is awesome. It adds a warm feeling to a room, whether it is traditional or modern. The sad thing is there is not a lot to choose from in-game. So I try to make some for myself in styles and colours that I can't find easily.

Wood Slat Flooring and Walls

I love building, but sometimes what I need is not widely available, so I need to make it for myself. This is one of those times. I needed a wood slat floor and wall for a current building project, so i went ahead and made a vertical, horizontal and flooring version with 8 colours (the same for each) so I had a versatile set for my modern building needs. Hopefully you all will find a use for it.
