Arcadia Build Set - 90 Australian-Inspired Build Items

This massive set was sparked by a single image of a house I saw on Pinterest. I had no clue that little bit of inspiration would turn into such a massive set (and all the work associated with it). There were definitely regrets making it so large while working on it, but now it is done I am just relieved at how well it has turned out. Not sure I am going to need another modern window set now this exists.

Buildmode Content Update for Post-Patch 1.66

Windows, doors, and arches have been updated to work with the new cutout system allowing more freedom with window placement. You will need to redownload the sets. I advise deleting the original files, then putting the new files in as i have organised the download folders with a new sub folder.

Screened-In Porch Series: Mesh Windows and Doors

We all know I love windows, but sometimes inspiration doesn't strike. But when it does, boy does an idea come together. When i was making the Island Living addons, I came across the fly screen door and it was the perfect texture to inspire this set. This style has been highly requested, but as people know I need to want it for my game to have any chance of being made. With a texture in place and something I will use, the set was born. Now you can go forth and make screened in porches to your heart's content.

Graciously Georgian Version 2.0 - Classic Style Build Set with 60 New and Improved Items

I have been working on this for too long. Way too long. I loved the original set; I use it a lot and we just don't really have anything similar in-game to replicate it. However, the original had issues. It was my first original buildmode set so that was expected. However I kept seeing other issues besides the ones reported that I just had to fix because they bugged me. So it is finally done and I am even happier. Why so long? I have made it so this replaces the original items almost perfectly. Along with fixing existing meshes removing unnecessary polys and fitting better into the game sizing (no clipping through ceilings) I also added a few new items as well.

Austere Build Set

Man, this set has been in limbo for months now waiting for me to get around to finishing it for release. I can't even remember when I started it, but the goal was to make a simpler window set for traditional builds to compliment my Georgian set. I definitely love how it came out and hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I do.

Derelict Delights - Boarded Window Decor

Finally got around to finishing these. Basically, I made these items for use in my Fixer Upper gameplay I post on tumblr. I wanted something a bit more authentic then what was available in game that could do the same job (surprisingly, the cork board is good this this). So I took the boards off the mine entrance in Oasis Springs, edited them, made 3 sizes and 2 styles, and recoloured them a little to give a little choice. These are great for the aforementioned fixer upper, or would work great on any abandoned house.
These are wall decor and will repeat place. They are 1 tile high so they will sit above one another very well to cover any height object.

The Build/Buy items feature:
  • Basegame compatible
  • non-default
  • 6 meshs total (3 widths, and 2 board configurations)
  • Available in 5 styles
  • custom thumbnails
  • find items easily using phrase "Derelict" in search bar (try this tutorial to easily find my sets)
  • Found in Build Mode under wall attachements, and in buy mode under window treatment
  • Pricing  and polycount  for new meshes as follows:
    - 1, 2 & 3 tile Boarded Window Planks  ($4/$5/$6, 106)
    - 1, 2 & 3 tile Poorly Boarded Window Planks  ($4/$5/$6, 64)

Vaulted Ranch: An MCM-Inspired Build Set

My second build-mode set, I wanted something a bit more contemporary so i went for an MCM style set. I love the half-hipped roofing by always lamented the lack of low-pitch windows or them. You could guarantee angled windows for 45 degree angles, but anything lower then that were just out of the question. Not anymore though, I have solved that issue and I now have a great set for making modern homes with a MCM twist.

Updated: Graciously Georgian Build Set

UPDATE 23/07/2016: I was made aware that the low lod for the French, Wide, and Double doors were displaying the missing texture image due to incorrect linking, that has been fix. It was only a concern if viewing the items from a fair distance away, but nevertheless, needed fixing. You can redownload below, as well as the updated files separately. Thanks to Kanata2288 on twitter for letting me know about the issue.

It is finally finished: my first unique set of build mode items. I tend to more often then not  "go big, or go home" and this set is no exception. This is what I call a full build set, with matching interior and exterior items. The idea was to create a classic Georgian-style set for use in everyday homes, both classic and contemporary. Let me tell you, this was made harder given there is no CASt, but I think I came up with a very usable set. To say I am proud of these objects is an understatement, especially when I thought at one point I would not finish it. But here it is, so you can enjoy it as much as me.
