Austere Build Set

Man, this set has been in limbo for months now waiting for me to get around to finishing it for release. I can't even remember when I started it, but the goal was to make a simpler window set for traditional builds to compliment my Georgian set. I definitely love how it came out and hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I do.

What you need to know:
  • All windows and doors are linked to 2 texture package files, they must be in-game for windows and doors to work properly
  • You can pick and chose what windows and doors you want in-game as there is no merged package, but don't delete the texture packages
  • No, I am not going to make decor shutters for any window bigger then 2 tiles so don't ask
  • There are 2 door sizes mainly because the short ones look odd on medium wall heights
  • little attic windows!
Updates:
  • 28/10/2020: Now compatible with patch 1.66 new cutout system

The Build/Buy items feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • non-default
  • 32 meshes in total 25 colours with an option of white interior trim for windows and doors (50 styles total):
  • find items easily using phrase "Austere" in search bar (try this tutorial to easily find my sets)
  • style (found under "basics" tag) and colour filter compatible
  • custom thumbnails

    - 1 tile attic shutters ($45, 500 polys)

  5. Peacemaker I know you don't do requests but you're clearly a builder as well as a creator and I dont know why builders are being ignored but have you seen any stairs for Sims4 anywhere that are worth sharing with us? or maybe you have thought of working on some before?

    1. Stair creation just isn't possible at this time for TS4. Maybe one day it will be though.

    1. My content is already updated for that patch which came out just before pets. For other creators, check out their latest content, or go to Sims 4 Studio forums and grab the latest version to run the batch fix.

    2. Hi, I have the same problem after updating to Laundry Stuff. Before that, everything was working perfectly as I had already downloaded your fixes. But after Laundry, Myra and Grove are not showing at all and I get "script call fail" as well. :(

    3. It sounds like you downloaded the updates before the 12/12/17 patch came out. Redownload and see if that fixes your issues. I checked both of those sets and they are perfectly fine my side.

  12. Hello there, jus a query.
The windows and doors look great. But you know how you have the options with windows when building, it gives you the option on where to place them like the one tile or 2 tiles. Well I don't get that option with the doors... am i making sence.. lol. Like if i build a wall in one square/tile, the door wont fit.. did i download it wrong or is there something i need to do?? Thanx. Nasya

    1. The single door is too big to fit on the 1 tile space, therefore it is only 2 tiles wide.
