Upland Place Dingbats - L.A. Inspired Home for Del Sol Valley

Dingbats are just a really kind of intriguing apartment. Lowrise by nature they are common in LA area but also kind of looked down upon. I love the Mid Century design and wanted to bring a little bit of that to Del Sol Valley. There are 4 apartments, i have only furnished 1. You can live in that or choose a different one to have your sim live in instead. This does not function like actual apartments, it is just set up like one.
The home features:
  •  price: $130,201
  •  2 bedrooms
  •  1 bathrooms
  • Furnished
  • 40x30 lot size
  • check image for required packs
Recommended Custom Content
I use default replacements and unlocks, as they add new, pre-existing items to the game that we previously did not have access to, or made items more usable. These aren't needed but they come highly recommended.

You can find the house on the gallery under my origin ID: peacemaker_icBe sure to turn on "custom content" filtering in advanced options.

Alternately, you can download below. To install, extract the archive using WINZip/WinRAR/7Zip/Unarchiver and place the contents into your Tray folder in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. If you are having issues check out my Installing Content help page.

My content will always be free, but if you are so inclined and able, you can show your support and buy me a coffee

  3. Out of all the cc I've seen yours is the nicest. I use all your guys clothes, the most for my sim guys. The sweatpants are a must! I love the others too.

  4. Hi, I can't seem to find the mod on the gallery. Has it been removed? Also, where do I put the download? They don't seem like ordinary mod files.

    1. I don't remove items from the gallery, it should still be there. You need to make sure custom content is enabled as this build does use some as listed above. There. If you download alternatively, the archive should be extracted to your tray folder (thats where all library files are saved)
