Grove Furniture Collection Redux

With the pre-Cats and Dogs patch came a few changes which made me realise how outdated some of my content was. So in order to make my life better in the long run, I decided to remake a few sets which were done during my early years of CC making. Why do this? Well these were done with early versions of TSRW which wasn't as good as today and I solely use S4S now which leads to some hiccups when opening TSRW packages with S4S. So to keep my sanity it was better to remake them. I have added a few more colours to the mix too. I do plan on adding more to this set in the future, so that also contributed to my decision to remake the packages.

Some things you need to know:
  • They are basically the same as I had already redone these meshes last year but they will not replace the original items. I will not be supporting the older versions of these files though, and they will eventually be removed from all my download database
  • New colours!
  • No more standard bedding. I will only be supporting separated bedding which has now been merged into this set
Updates:
  • 13/12/2017: updated for the 12/12/17 patch that broke some surfaces

The Buy items feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • non-default
  • 11 meshes in total with between 20 and 32 colour options
  • find items easily using phrase "Grove" in search bar (try this tutorial to easily find my sets)
  • style (found under "suburban contempo" tag) and colour filter compatible
  • custom thumbnails
  • Pricing  and polycount as follows:
    - Bedside Table ($80, 192 polys)- Coffee Table ($100, 182 polys)- Console Table ($200, 296 polys)- Desk ($300, 250 polys)- Dresser ($550, 390 polys)- TV Stand ($210, 306 polys)- Single Bedframe ($200, 318 polys)- Double Bedframe ($500, 318 polys)- Single Mattress ($600, 380 polys)- Double Mattress ($1000, 624 polys)- Ottoman ($300, 300 polys)
CC credits:
  • All custom content is mine, so feel free to browse through my downloads to find it.
Now, there are 2 download links. One for a merged package, and another with all packages separate within a folder in a RAR archive. To install, extract the archive using WINZip/WinRAR/7Zip/Unarchiver and place the folder or package files in your mods folder, then look for them in your game. If you are having issues check out my Installing Content help page.

I have also uploaded the files individually below

My content will always be free, but if you are so inclined and able, you can show your support and buy me a coffee

  3. Hi, thank you for keeping your stuff updated!
What would happen to your custom lots using old collection that you'll probably delete from your database?

    1. The items will not show up in the game anymore (assuming the person didn't include them). This can't be avoided if I have to completely remake items.
