Summerton Manor

This was the first lot I made for the Northern part of Windenburg for my Makeover of the world. I wanted a french country style, that mixed in some Tudor influences to tie it back to the main town, and this is what i can up with. its quite spacious inside and has a bit more laid back style then the more formal Tudors I have released. Again, this home is supplied unfurnished.

The home features:
  • 5 bedrooms
  • 6 bathrooms
  • open plan dining/kitchen
  • price: $63,261
  • 40x30 lot size
  • Unfurnished
This Home Uses content from:
  • Basegame
  • Get Together
  • Romantic Garden

You can find the house on the gallery under my origin ID: peacemaker_ic. Be sure to turn on "custom content" filtering in advanced options.

If you don't want to use the gallery, you can download the house from one of the download links below.

To install into your game, Extract the archive then navigate to The Sims 4 folder in My Documents. Find the Tray folder and place ALL of the files you extracted from the archive into it. Open your game and find the home in your library, just as if you dl'd it directly from the gallery. Ensure "include custom content" is active in advanced options if lot includes cc.

  1. peace you are absolutely my favorite designer by far! your designs are so beautiful, icredibly detailed. i'm replacing all of my homes with homes by peacemaker as soon as you release them. thank you so much for sharing your amazing, crazy good talent with us! your biggest fan ever!

  2. I love this manor so much! I was wondering how you would decorate it? I don't know if you make vids or have any pictures of that? especially the kitchen, I"m so inpireless lol.

    1. I haven't furnished it myself yet, because I am like a magpie distracted by shiny objects and get easily distracted. I always pictures the country homes in windenburg to have a french country style. So plenty of creams and whites so it was airy and inviting. But not clinical, using plenty of wood tones are farmhouse style.
