Finally, after a great deal of building and tweaking, I have given Downtown Del Sol Valley the much needed makeover it deserved. With 5 community lots to do, it took some time coming up with cohesive designs that I felt worked for the area. I have kept the basis format of the previous lots, apart from the park and made a cafe to go there. Now all my pictures will have lovely backdrops.

I use default replacements and unlocks, as they add new, pre-existing items to the game that we previously did not have access to, or made items more usable. These aren't needed but they come highly recommended.

Alternately, you can download below. To install, extract the archive using WINZip/WinRAR/7Zip/Unarchiver and place the contents into your Tray folder in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray.. If you are having issues check out my Installing Content help page.

can you remake that lot 50-40size in the upper part of map? I cannot find ready lots of that rare size
I haven't worked on any of those residential lots, but if i was you I would look on the gallery, I bet there are already plenty of really good ones uploaded. i don't plan on making anything there for a while.
