Wood Slat Flooring and Walls

I love building, but sometimes what I need is not widely available, so I need to make it for myself. This is one of those times. I needed a wood slat floor and wall for a current building project, so i went ahead and made a vertical, horizontal and flooring version with 8 colours (the same for each) so I had a versatile set for my modern building needs. Hopefully you all will find a use for it.
The build mode item features:
  • Basegame compatible
  • 8 style variations
  • Custom thumbnails
  • Flooring found in wood category of Build Mode
  • Walls found in siding category of Build Mode
  • costs $4
  • All wall heights available
The individual archives contain the  package file and preview image. Extract and place the package file in your mods folder and look for them in your game. I hope you enjoy.

  2. I just have to tell you that these are my favorite of all the wood walls, and floors, whether EA or cc. I use them all the time, especially when making a sauna. These are absolutely perfect for that.

  3. Thanks for all your hard work! I've picked up a few of your cc today, and they all look beautiful.

  4. May you convert them for Sims 3? They are lovely, and I would need them for a modern house I'm building.

    1. Sorry, but I don't play TS3 anymore, so I have no need (and no way) to convert them.

  5. Love these walls! I used them all the time. I've got a little suggestion, not sure if you have already done it. I was thinking of having concealed doors that matches the vertical wooden slat wall patterns but can't find it anywhere. Something like this https://www.asiaone.com/lifestyle/how-hide-rooms-storage-and-more-invisible-doors

    1. Hi! It's not really a concept that can be fully realised in TS4. The cutout would ultimately leave a gap so the door would not sit flush with the wall and would probably work better with a frame to conceal it. There is also the matter of shading which would not allow it to blend into the surroundings. So seamless doors would have too many compromises which is a big turnoff for me.
