With Austere build set released, i can finally start sharing some of the homes I am making for my Willow Creek Makeover which I have called Davenporte. Starting with one of the larger 'hoods I have fully furnished these family homes of varying sizes to fit almost all family needs. However, don't expect any starters from me, they are not a strong point of mine. What you can expect is well built and designed homes for your average family to live comfortably in. That is what I enjoy building, and that is what goes into my worlds.
There is 5 homes in total 3-4 bedrooms. They do use a little amount of cc limited to build mode items by me to help give a bit more variety to the facades of the homes. If you haven't picked up the community lots yet, be sure to do that here.

To install, extract the archive you download below from one of the sources using WINZip/WinRAR/7Zip/Unarchiver and place the package file/s in your mods folder, then look for them in your game. DeleteHey Peace, been meaning to ask you for a while...when i place number 30 of these, there are always 3 windows missing at the back of the house, top floor (bathroom and 2 in one bedroom). Which windows do you have there cause i believe i have everything required.

DeleteHey, love your builds! I was just wondering if you're planning on posting the yellow house on the 50x50 lot. Love that house and it's in your simple siding photo as well. All the other houses are beautiful too, but it's unfortunate I cannot finish this town, since there are only 5 houses. Where could I get the other 5?

ReplyDeleteThey are something I am working on slowly. If I was just a builder they would have been done by now, but I'm not. I am working on the area where the Pancakes live first are all the other lots are large and really demotivational to furnish them which is the goal.
