The Right Beach House: A CAW Project

Well i am done with the second beach house and i think it turned out well. no blue in this one :P

the layout is different in this one as it only has 4 bedrooms compared to 5.

this concludes the building phase of Jelly Palm Bay. so thats 1 district down, 6 more to go. it would be 7 but the cemetery district is finished too :P

The Left Beach House: A CAW Project

Well i thought i would share with you an exclusive build to my world. this is a grand beach house situated in Jelly Palm Bay. Its WIP name is the left Beach House because there will be another version, with differing landscaping and interior, to the right as a mirror image. There will be a poolside bar that separates them. it is on a 25x50 lot giving me plenty of room to landscape out back

WIP: Welcome to Hillcrest Cove

I have never really had CAW work well on my computer but since i reinstalled all my games after my DVD drive was replaced, CAW has been acting normally and i was able to export a world i had started about 8 months ago. it is still very much a work in progress, but i hope you enjoy these little snippets as i progress. Mostt have been shown on The Simmers Society but due to host issues, the site is getting moved and i still want to update you all on my work.

first of all i started a colour lovers account to share palettes for projects so check ColourLovers.com if you would like to see some of the colours i use regularly.

Secondly, for those unfamiliar with my project, here is a little recap:

Hillcrest Cove is an expansive world. It contains 8 districts:
- City centre
- Downtown
- Business District
- West Beach
- Farming District
- Family District
- Jelly Palm Bay
- cemetery (because who wants to live next to one?)

Patterns Patterns Everywhere.............

Hello all!

Today i thought i would bring you a small collection of CAP patterns ( i don't use TSRW anymore) for you use in your homes and on clothes and anything your heart desires. These have a classic vibe about them but in bold colours these look modern and would work great as a feature wall. So lets take a look at them

This pattern is delicate and subtle. it has 2 palettes, the background and the pattern itself. It can be found in the fabrics category of CAS mode.

This is a wonderful floral like pattern. Again, like all the patterns today, it is 2 palettes. It can be found in the fabrics category of CAS mode.

This pattern is of a classic design and would be great for an English manor or in a contemporary home in a charcoal and white colour combo. Listed in the fabrics section of CAS. has 2 colour palettes

This is a wonderfully striking pattern in black and white but is equally stunning in softer colours. Try it out in your next home. Has 2 colour palettes and is found in fabrics.

This is the final pattern for today. It is another classic design but again, can work in a more modern home in the right colours. Located in the fabrics section of CAS and has 2 palettes to colour.

Rosenbaum House: the Last Usonian

Well it was coming, the end of what i would say is my favourite series of homes so far, my Usonian series. Today i bring you a build that is based on the house said to be the purist expression of Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture style, Rosenbaum House.

I am Back

Well it turns out i was right, my dvd drive decided to die and it got replaced. not i have a shiny new one and TS3 reinstalled its back to your usual programming. I am currently working on a sim for a project for LilSapphire over at TSS so after i have done that i should have the usonian i promised up next............ or something completely different :P

Bad News

well my dvd drive is dead. yes dead and no amount of death flowers will bring it back. i guess its time to cut my losses and call to get a new one installed. so until i have it replaced i will postpone the last usonian.

Well its Been a While......................

Well its been a while since my last upload due to different events, both in the community and real life taking priority over creating. i am also heading back to uni soon but hopefully i will have new builds up in a few weeks once i get settled back onto routine.
