Hamptons Builtin - Intergrated Furniture Options for TS4

I have been working on these items for over a year. It started off as an idea to have a modular builtin cabinet system for nooks in my living rooms for TVs and clutter. Then it expanded to bay windows. This has gone through many iterations and redos but its finally at a stage of completion, so people can enjoy it as much as me.

What you need to know:
  • All seating parts are found under misc comfort, same with the accompanying cabinet part
  • The builtin cabinetry is found in the display and miscellaneous sections of surfaces
  • There are 3 TV slots per cabinet section so you can place TVs more freely
  • The shelf also has a TV slot
Updates:

The Build/Buy items feature:
  • basegame compatibility
  • non-default
  • 12 meshes with between 24 and 35 colour/style options:
  • find items easily using phrase "Builtin" or "Hamptons" in search bar (try this tutorial to easily find my sets)
  • style (found under "suburban contempo" tag) and colour filter compatible
  • custom thumbnails
  • Pricing  and polycount as follows:
    - Louvre cabinet ($175, 511 polys)
    - Shaker cabinet ($174, 491 polys)

  10. Thank you very much for this fantastic set!
I'm decorating your Brindleton Bay Capeton Residence House right now and you did build a bigger bay window there.
I know you don't take requests and I don't want to request something. But I would like to suggest four additional pieces if you ever think about doing an add on for this set: standalone triangle bay seat pieces for individual bay sizes and triangle counter pieces (could be right and left plain wood front ones without doors or shelves) for using your cabinets inside bay window spaces or with 135° room corners.
It is just a suggestion, no request. This is after all a generous totally free very nice set.
And now I will go back to my game and continue to decorate my houses with lots of your stuff :D

    1. I canned the idea of individual triangle pieces because it added to much complexity to the items i would have to make (wanted to keep set managable), and the shader ended up looking horrible on it when intersecting the wall. If I can end up solving that shader issue, I will add them in at a later date. since everything is made for the most part, they just didn't match my standards.
