Windenburg Makeover - Community Lot Dump

As some of you may be aware from what lots I have been uploading, I have been releasing my unfurnished homes I have made for my Windenburg makeover. Those with Get Together also know that the community lots needed some TLC too. So what I did was give them all makeovers, from a simple re-skin and touch-up, to a complete rebuild. Every community lot, apart from The Bluffs, Ancient Ruins and park in the modern district have been given the makeover treatment, so if you are interested in downloading one or all these builds, they have now been play-tested and ready to share (took a while, but glad because a few issues where picked up, might not be all of them though). They are all fully furnished, but use a small amount of cc, mainly unlocked plants and some of my creations. Feel free to decorate more if you wish, they are really just a more pleasant blank canvas. I generally don't overload these lots with items in my game as I don't see the need, so for some they make seem a little sparse. Check below the cut for details and download.

There are a total of  10 community lots for Windenburg, with Modern, Country and Tudor styles to reflect their locations on the map. You can of course move them around where you like, but if you want to see the exact locations, check out the map image.
For the EP/GP/SP's needed for each lot, check the images above as each one shows what packs have been used. You can go without some of them, you may just need to do a little work to replace anything missing.

Details and Required CC:

Windenburg Public Pool (click title for pictures)
Located in the urban 'hip' part of town, the local swimming pool is the happening place for those with webbed feet and flippers. It has become the best (and strangely the only) place to wet yourself. It is also the safest too; especially if you are afreaid of sea monsters, open oceans and riptides.

Harbour View Gym (click title for pictures)
This gym verlooks the modern centre of windenburg wihere those that work out can hop to and from the various destinations they roam. Whya not enjoy a quick round of boxing after that morning coffee? or perhaps a quick lap of the indoor pool before that date? The gym has you covered.

The Gold Room (click title for pictures)
The hippest, most happening place in South Windenburg, the club is not only a new building to the area, it is also for those that prefer their clud less medival and more chic. Come inside and bask in the bright coloured lights and ocean views while you dance your cares away. I hear the bars are quite good too.

Scorched Coffee Inc (click title for pictures)
The only place in Windenburg to get your coffee hot enough to scorch the sun. Taste not guaranteed, or the recovery of your tastebuds once your tongue heals. Who needs flavour when all your really want is that caffeine and the satisfying sensation of a burnt tongue?

Ten Past Pub (click title for pictures)
It is always ten past here, the start of happy hour, never the end. Its party time and it always should be, until its actually closing time. Just don't use the outside clock as a guide. Its been broken for years.

Windenburg Atheneum (click title for pictures)
Why call a library a library when you can recall ancient Greek mythology and name it Atheneum? Sounds sophisticated, and perfect for all the people that gather here to learn and grow intellectually. Now offering paid daycare, because we aren't a free service and the books are getting dribbled on.

The Watchtower (click title for pictures)
Forget the hipster club, The Watchtower is where the sophisticated party-goers come to enjoy a chat and a dance, in the civilised way, in a building once used to watch for intruders and slay them if they came to conqueror Windenburg. Steeped in history, and drinks, your are sure to have a blast.

South Square Coffeehouse (click title for pictures)
The premiere location for the best, tastiest coffee in Windenburg. If you want hot, tasty, and hand-crafted coffee for your discerning palette, you came to the right place. If you just want it hot, you your probably visit that other coffeehouse, your tongue is probably too far gone to enjoy anything we make.

The Screaming Llama (click title for pictures)
Just a small-town pub in a rural setting away from prying eyes that might judge the way you spend your free time. You are welcome here where the drinks are cold, the fire is warm, and the faces friendly.

Von Haunt Estate (click title for pictures)
An old chateau that holds onto its dark secrets, this tourist attraction is now on the list of the most annoyingly haunted places in Windenburg. If you want to see stuff floating around, moaning, groaning, have apparitions pass through you like that date cake from last night, or just feel like flirting with the other side, this location is just for you.

Recommended General CC:

You can find the lots on the gallery under my origin ID: peacemaker_ic. Be sure to turn on "custom content" filtering in advanced options.

If you don't want to use the gallery, you can download the lots from one of the download links below. Both links go to folders where you download each lot separately.

To install into your game, Extract the archive then navigate to The Sims 4 folder in My Documents. Find the Tray folder and place ALL of the files you extracted from the archive into it. Open your game and find the home in your library, just as if you dl'd it directly from the gallery. Ensure "include custom content" is active in advanced options if the lot includes cc.
