Windows, doors, and arches have been updated to work with the new cutout system allowing more freedom with window placement. You will need to redownload the sets. I advise deleting the original files, then putting the new files in as i have organised the download folders with a new sub folder.
The new folder in many sets is called “Legacy” which contain the now obsolete 2 tile variants of items. If you are on the latest patch, you are free to delete this folder as you don’t need it. This is merely supporting old content for those that may have used the content in builds etc and those on the old legacy version of the game. Going forward I will not be making 2 Tile variants.

This was so much work; thank you. Mentioned before, but please look into some other way to receive money. Especially now, I would really like to give back, but I don't use PayPal.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately there is not a lot out there that doesn't use paypal as a main payment method as most others are not global. It looks like my only options are patreon or koffi for donations but that seems like a pain, especially patreon not allowing one off donations.
DeleteI understand the issue with Patreon (they really need to allow one-time donations) but I do think there are people who would be happy to go with a small monthly payment. There are some which are $1/month; it's still nice to be supportive of work you enjoy. I don't know much about Ko-Fi, but at a glance it looks good as well. I'd personally be happy to use either. Hope you consider one :) Anyway, have a good day.

ReplyDeleteYou will need to redownload. If you are running the s4s batch fix, you can avoid that, but will still need to grab the strangerville addon as that can't be batch fixed.
DeleteHey, some of your arches are broken? I don't believe it's those 3 you have listed but I also don't know if I have them since there's no link to them.
ReplyDeleteThe names listed are what the items are called ingame. If they match up, they are the ones not supported. But if you want to use them, you are on luck. You can download Sims4Studio and run their batch fix. I am just no longer supporting them because i no longer use them.

ReplyDeleteYou do realise how entitled that sounds right? I have made similar content elsewhere and I don't like having duplicate stuff. You need to remember, I primarily make this for me, so if I don't use it anymore there is no point in me keeping it updated. I am not out here to make other people happy.
