Hi, just thought i would let people know I currently have limited access to my gaming computer and this blog. I am currently working in the middle of the ass end of nowhere on a 2 week, 1 week roster leaving little time for Sims and pretty much everything else. So please be patient if you have questions and I will get to them as soon as I am able.
As for new content that will come when I get time which is in limited supply. I am still here and will have more time once this contract is finished, but until then there wont be much content coming out.
Peace.

San Myshuno Makeover - Community Lot Dump

When I was playing in San Myshuno I did not fall in love with any of the community lots. Because of that I remade all of them. Now I have finished in the city for now and knowing that the lots are relatively bug-free, I decided to share them. So below the cut is the lots I built, minus the apartments and penthouses, plus an empty warehouse that is perfect to be turned into a number of different lots.

Derelict Delights - Boarded Window Decor

Finally got around to finishing these. Basically, I made these items for use in my Fixer Upper gameplay I post on tumblr. I wanted something a bit more authentic then what was available in game that could do the same job (surprisingly, the cork board is good this this). So I took the boards off the mine entrance in Oasis Springs, edited them, made 3 sizes and 2 styles, and recoloured them a little to give a little choice. These are great for the aforementioned fixer upper, or would work great on any abandoned house.
These are wall decor and will repeat place. They are 1 tile high so they will sit above one another very well to cover any height object.
The Build/Buy items feature:
- Basegame compatible
- non-default
- 6 meshs total (3 widths, and 2 board configurations)
- Available in 5 styles
- custom thumbnails
- find items easily using phrase "Derelict" in search bar (try this tutorial to easily find my sets)
- Found in Build Mode under wall attachements, and in buy mode under window treatment
- Pricing and polycount for new meshes as follows:
- 1, 2 & 3 tile Boarded Window Planks ($4/$5/$6, 106)
- 1, 2 & 3 tile Poorly Boarded Window Planks ($4/$5/$6, 64)

Police Precinct 15

Finally I have gotten around to uploading this baby. The default police station just was not up to par so it was inevitable I would rebuild it. But with these special lots come issues and I had quite a few with the cells and the inmates not staying in them (this may still be an issue). After some tweaking and play-testing then more tweaking, I am happy enough to share it. Be aware, its not perfect and will probably lag on lower end computers because of the size and sims on the lot at once, but its a big improvement over the original.

UPDATED: GTW Window Addons

UPDATE 30/01/2017: I realised I forgot the matching door, so that has now been added to the archive. It is now available in medium wall height and all original swatches.
I was reminded by people on tumblr just how much I liked these windows from GTW, but also how limited their use is. So I set about changing that with some addons in additional sizes and also a medium height version. I am happy with how they turned out and now they are so much more usable then the original alone.

Lofte Living - Brick Arch Decor Set

This set has been a long time coming. When City Living was first announced I had an idea. That idea was to make a set that would allow me to recreate my dream apartments in San Myshuno with brick arches and that warehouse/brownstone feel. After arduous planning, meshing, then testing, they are finally ready to be shared with you all. These have become some of my favourite decor pieces to use in my builds as they work great inside and out giving a build depth and detail that prior to this was not possible in my game.

Updated Merged Files

Updated Object Sets
I have updated all of my buy mode custom object sets. I managed to get the rest up on simfileshare this morning since i wasn’t getting the upload errors.
If you are unsure that you have updated packages, please check the date created for merged files and the date modified for separated package files (from downloading the archives). If any of them contain files edited in January 2017, then you have updated files. I did not need to update every file so don’t freak out if all of them don’t say they were modified Jan 2017. The amount of edited files varies depending on the set.
If you downloaded files individually there is no way for you to tell if they are new or old so best to redownload any bookcases, seating, counters/islands or items specifically mentioned in the update notes. If you think I have missed updating anything from my custom objects, let me know as soon as possible so I can check it out. I still have addons and recolours to do, which will be next so i am aware of those.
Now time to move onto more updates for my other creations. Yippee

Updated 21/01/2017: With the toddler patch breaking a few things, I have taken the opportunity and gone through and updated my sets to fix issues and generally improve on some things. Here, I have updated all seating with new tags and toddler rigs, redid floor lamp, as well as redo surface slots. Items placed on objects that have slots redone will need to be placed again from the family inventory.
Update: 17/07/2016: I spotted a small mesh issue this morning and my perfectionist self couldn’t unsee it, so i updated the files again. Its just a seam on the tea light candles but its fixed now.
Update 16/07/2016: Updated The cantilever floor lamp, and tealight candles for the July patch. They can now be adjusted per room. I also tweaked Ferntastic potted fern, Gloss Side Table, Wood Geometric Table so the shadow group doesn't glitch with the floor, and changed out a missed thumbnail with the three seat sofa i missed last update.
Update 7/03/2016: just a small update for this set, nothing relating to cc fixes, just gave the items easier-to-find thumbnails. I know that was one thing a lot of people commented on so here it is. So if you want the content easier to find, please re-download.
This older version of this set is no longer supported, you can find the updated version here
UPDATED: NOX Dining Set
Updated 21/01/2017: With the toddler patch breaking a few things, I have taken the opportunity and gone through and updated my sets to fix issues and generally improve on some things. I have fixed seat rigging for toddlers, and added new toddler tags to objects.
UPDATE 6/07/2016: NOX needed a few updates besides fixing the chairs and tables for the Dine Out Update, these include:
- chairs correctly flagged to be used in restaurants
- Dining tables now have correct slots for use in restaurants (i.e. snap to booths and for colouring placemats)
- Dining Chair had weird glitch where it stretched at some angles, was remade and added black leather option. Will have to be re-placed in your games due to new IDs
- Pendant light emission height has been corrected for all styles; originally all at same height which was not correct
- Pendant lights priced based on type, not length, new, clearer thumbnails
- re-did slots on sideboard and tree shelf. Objects placed on slots will need to be re-placed, but not the surface objects themselves
This set is outdated and no longer available, you can find the replacement here.
