Workout Hoodie

I finally bit the bullet and sat down and learnt frankenmeshing for TS4. This is the outcome of my first attempt and I couldn't be happier with it. Inspired by the release of Spa Day, I wanted more active-wear for my guys. I also wanted something that was more then just a tank top or sweatshirt. So I combined them! Hope you enjoy.

Wood Slat Flooring and Walls

I love building, but sometimes what I need is not widely available, so I need to make it for myself. This is one of those times. I needed a wood slat floor and wall for a current building project, so i went ahead and made a vertical, horizontal and flooring version with 8 colours (the same for each) so I had a versatile set for my modern building needs. Hopefully you all will find a use for it.

UPDATED: Swept Away - Child Hair Conversion for Teen to Adult Guys

The patio stuff pack (now referred to as sexy time in a hot tub stuff pack) had one decent hair. It was also not an adult hair. It was a kid's hair (maybe EA does care about giving kids some nice things?). So because of that I needed it for my grown sims because we need more hair. I have seen a few other people convert/edit this hair recently, and I was very tempted not to share it, but I had a few people hope for it to be uploaded, so here it is. I did edit the hair a little bit. I found that the hair on the sides was a little too bulbous. Fine for a kids head that is a bit rounder, but didn't really look right on adults. I like the swept to the side look which I often do to my hair so enjoy.

Vests are Cool

I love vests. But I love vests with t-shirts more then vests with shirts. So when GTW came out, I saw the lovely vest that came with it. I saw some potential and had to tweak it to my liking. Now I have some awesome semi-formalwear for my sims, and now you do too.

Oakenwood Plantation - First TS4 creation

I know some of you are probably a little disappointed that its not a clothing creation that is the first thing I am sharing, but if you don't know I love building, you must be new around here. Today I bring you Oakenwood Plantation, a 6 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bathroom home for The Sims 4. It is built on a 50x50 lot in Willow creek and costs $231,058.

Peace's Place Mesh Dump

I finally got these polish off, just for all of you. These are the meshes I made for my GTW clothing store, so now you can enjoy them as much as me. There is 3 new meshes; 2 awnings, and a GTW sign that you are free to customise for your own use.

Graffiti Mural 02

I am loving murals at the moment. Unlike TS3 where each part had to be placed individually, you have specific wall types in-game that tile over more then 1 square to create some interesting designs and less repeat. This is another example of that. This mural is not seamless vertically, as it is design for interior use, so be aware of that. But it works well for picture/feature walls like this graffiti mural, and adds a focal point to a room.

Bellewood - Mural for TS4

When I first started murals, I kinda got carried away with the idea of graffiti, but i am branching out and found this lovely mural at Rebel Walls, I just had to have it for my game. So I made it, and here it is; in all 12 glorious colours. Looks awesome as a feature wall behind beds. I would have loved to have had it higher, but there is only so much you can do with source material before you lose quality. I don't think it detracts from it though, so I hope you enjoy.

Barely Seen Boxer Briefs

One area that is seriously lacking for Guys is underwear. There is 2 choices from EA. Only 2!!! So I had to do something about that. Here are 3 styles of trunks (boxer briefs) from your guys that will help rectify that serious oversight. They are 3 leg lengths, long, regular, and sport. They come in the same colour combinations and give you a few more choices then what was available.

Peace's Sim Dump 01

Welcome to Peacy’s first sim dump! Thought this would never happen, right? So did I. I get really attached to my sims since they have a bit of my personality in each of them, it is hard to let them go. But you know what? I think I can share some of them, and I hope they find some wonderful new homes. These are sims I use occasionally for modelling and projects, or I made them just as a way to relax. They are not part of my 'inner circle' of sims that I play regularly. I wont share those openly. That is like asking for my liver or right kidney; it ain't gonna happen. So if you can't see them here, you are unfortunately out of luck. Anyway, enough of that, lets get to the sims. I have put this under a read more because it is a bit long.
