Maine Street Living - Micro, Tiny & Small Home Series
I had early access to Tiny Living SP and had a lot of fun in the process. This is only 3 of the homes I built while i was trying it out. I really enjoy this pack, not only because it is different from what people expect, but it offers a challenge for builders and it well put together. The idea of this mini-series was to do a generational style development, and build a house for each tier. I decided to expand the one house to the maximum allowed tile count and this is what was created.

Dawking Cottage - Accommodation for the University of Britechester
Britechester is a wonderful world, but lets be honest, most of the builds suck so builders have something to do. This cottage is a remodel of the original lot which have a lot of untapped potential. I gave the entire building and overhaul, and now there is a pleasant cottage dorm for those after a bit of charm. I really love the new windows from this set, along with the stone walls and it came together perfectly here. And if you don't want a dorm, you could always change the lot type and convert it to a residential home as well.

Goth Manor - A home makeover
Here to start of the year is a build I had a lot of fun working on, as well as it helping me to get back in the groove for a new year. The Goths are probably one of the most iconic, if not the most iconic, family in the Sims franchise. However, their home in Willow Creek left much to be desired. So after an ask on tumblr enquiring about it, I thought i might give it a go thinking i would scrap it (I actually did, 2 times before settling on this design). I love it and feel it embodies the way I picture the family and will definitely be using it in every new save. This is a standalone home from my Makeover of Willow Creek so it wont be a part of that in the future, so be aware of that.
